I am also the proud publisher of Holistic Health: A Bio-Psycho-Spiritual Approach. The book provides a realisation and understanding of how human health is tied together by these three cornerstones of health. How disease is not something we must leave to fate, but something we can control and improve on in a powerful and multi-faceted way.

FAQs
What is the difference between a regular massage and holistic massage therapy?
Holistic massage considers the patient’s emotional state as important as the physical. A holistic approach recognises that the mind and body are one system. It also recognises that knots and other issues in the body can be referred from other parts of the body – treating the source of the aches and pains.
A good holistic massage will take account of your individual needs. By seeing each person as unique, we can start to understand their individual problems and address those. Treatment is more meaningful and effective because it is tailored to your own personal experience and preference.
Do you accept walk-ins?
I do not accept walk-ins, all appointments are pre-booked to ensure I can provide the best possible experience for each client. However, I am often able to accommodate same-day bookings if availability allows. Feel free to call or message me to check for openings!
What should I wear during the massage?
You can dress down to your level of comfort. Most clients choose to undress to their underwear, but you can keep on more clothing if you prefer. You’ll be properly draped with a sheet throughout the session to ensure your privacy and comfort.
How does it work?
You will have likely contacted me through my mobile number or email address. After a short exchanged we will have organised the length of massage (60 or 90 minute), scheduled your appointment, and answered your relevant questions.
Parking on site is plentiful. The initial consultation will not affect the duration of your massage session. I will understand your needs from today’s massage and ask you to sign a consent form. I will then give you privacy to dress down to your level of comfort and get onto the table, underneath the sheet.
Relaxing music and aromatic smells in what is a safe and healing environment will all contribute to making you feel totally at ease.
Does Deep Tissue Massage hurt?
Massage should always be relaxing, including Deep Tissue Massage. When people come in with bad experiences of Deep Tissue Massage, inevitably I find that the pressure was too intense for the needs or the therapist built up too quickly without allowing the body to adjust.
Do you offer “happy endings”?
Absolutely not. This is one of the most frequently asked questions, and the answer will always be a firm no. My practice is strictly professional, focused on providing therapeutic massage to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and address musculoskeletal concerns. Any inappropriate requests will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund.
Where is the clinic and how is parking?
Parking on site is plentiful, either on the driveway or on the path outside.
